I realized the submitted macro was only for users who have Microsoft Excel. I think this tool can be pretty useful for other FFXIII-2 players and can avoid some frustration. I use a simple brute-force method in VBA, Excel 2007. You simply enter the numbers clockwise, click the Solve Puzzle button, and the walking sequence is presented in a nice graphic.
